“Beautiful part of history. ”

“This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times, Rachel worked the front desk. She is very pleasant and amazing at her job. She deserves a raise! A little disappointed to see that one of the elevators was still not working after nearly two months since our first stay. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent hotel for the area.”

“When arrived the gentleman at the front desk was not very welcoming..not one smile. When we walked into our room there was a weird smell..like a cheap bathroom cleaner that was used to clean the whole room..turned on the AC only made it worse with a musty smell..clearly an older unit. Requested another room..which we did get..was much better. However..we heard every step made from the people above us. Was an ok experience for the money..not seeing how it got so many “excellent “ ratings though.”

“What a great property! Everything is updated and clean. The amenities are super family friendly. Our kid’s baseball team stayed here and the boys all really enjoyed the rev room, pool, and badketball court. The staff was helpful and we will absolutely be back next time we’re in the area.”

“This hotel is beautiful with very friendly staff. There’s a great restaurant in the lobby that’s got a great brunch.”

“Always take note when you enter a room if there are ear plugs put out for you. Lovely hotel, nice staff, great breakfast , decently equipped, but 1960 style single pane windows made the noise from the interstate feel like one was sleeping on the side of the road. Yes! I picked a hotel beside the interstate but I can attest every one at breakfast was gobsmacked at the noise.”

“Staff were friendly, room was clean. Was glad to get a room. My other hotel canceled on me that day. I got the last room available. The only negative was there were no towels in the room. Later after going to dinner when I returned I had towels. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was good. Surprisingly quiet even being next to the freeway. Another negative was limited parking due to painting the building. All in all was a nice stay. Stayed 3 nights.”

“It was 62$, including tax, for the night and was nicer than I expected at that price. Would have been cooler (literally) if the AC had been on before I got there but the room temperature came down pretty quickly. Shower pressure was very lacking but I still got clean sooo? 62$ room.. nice.”
